Each piece is made just for you, and you'll approve your design before we begin crafting. Separated words, letters and punctuation may require adjustments to create a continuous piece.
All standard pieces are cast in 14K yellow, white, or rose gold, or sterling silver, and include ethically-sourced diamonds. To customize further, visit our Beyond The Collection tab.
Each piece is substantial (~2.0mm thick), with sizing tailored to your unique design.

Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled any time prior to your approval of your personalized design preview. After that, we begin crafting your custom piece.
Cancellations will be returned to the method of payment used to place your order.
We reserve the right to refuse any submission containing inappropriate content.

Because each piece is custom-made, we're unable to offer refunds after design approval. However, we stand behind our craftsmanship and will repair any material or craftsmanship defects for a full year from your delivery date.

To preserve its brilliance over time, remove your piece before applying makeup, hairspray, lotions, or perfume to avoid dullness.
Soak your piece in a bowl of warm water with a few drops of mild dish soap for 20 to 30 minutes.
Use a soft-bristled toothbrush to gently clean the diamonds and the setting.
Rinse thoroughly with clean, warm water and pat dry with a soft, lint-free cloth.
Keep your piece away from chlorine bleach, ammonia, and abrasive household cleaners.
Avoid abrasive sponges or brushes.
Avoid hot water and steam cleaners for most jewelry, as they can damage stones and settings.
