• Our team will carefully transform your message into a custom design for your approval.
• Once approved, your piece will be crafted and delivered to you within 30 days.

About Your Piece

• Each piece is made just for you, and you'll approve your design before we begin crafting.  Separated words, letters and punctuation may require adjustments to create a continuous piece.
• All standard pieces are cast in 14K yellow, white, or rose gold or gold-plated sterling silver and include ethically-sourced diamonds.  To customize further, visit our Beyond The Collection tab.
• Each pendant is substantial (~2.0mm thick), with sizing and total diamond weight tailored to your unique design.
• For longer messages, custom artwork or other special requests, please visit our Beyond The Collection tab and reach out to customersupport@writteningold.com for custom pricing.

Delivery

• Your piece will be carefully crafted and delivered to you within 30 days of your design approval. 
• You'll receive tracking details as soon as it's on the way.
• We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders. Expedited and international shipping options are available and can be added at checkout.
• For specific shipping instructions or other special considerations, we're here to discuss at customersupport@writteningold.com.

Changes & Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled any time prior to your approval of your personalized design preview.  After that, we begin crafting your custom piece.
• Cancellations will be returned to the method of payment used to place your order.
• We reserve the right to refuse any submission containing inappropriate content.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind every piece we create.

• Because each piece is custom-made, we're unable to offer refunds after design approval.  However, we stand behind our craftsmanship and will repair any material or craftsmanship defects for a full year from your delivery date.

Caring For Your Piece

Your piece is meant to last for generations, and with proper care, it will.

• To preserve its brilliance over time, remove your piece before applying makeup, hairspray, lotions, or perfume to avoid dullness.
• Soak your piece in a bowl of warm water with a few drops of mild dish soap for 20 to 30 minutes.
• Use a soft-bristled toothbrush to gently clean the diamonds and the setting.
• Rinse thoroughly with clean, warm water and pat dry with a soft, lint-free cloth.
• Keep your piece away from chlorine bleach, ammonia, and abrasive household cleaners.
• Avoid abrasive sponges or brushes.
• Avoid hot water and steam cleaners for most jewelry, as they can damage stones and settings.
