Our Jewelry
- Each piece we make is custom and we will ensure your approval of the CAD design prior to production. Separated words, letters and punctuation may require adjustments to create a continuous piece.
- All of our pieces are cast in 14K yellow, white, or rose gold and all of them include diamonds.
- Our pendants are substantial at ~2.0mm thick. Height and length vary based on letter count and handwriting style, and will be indicated on your CAD sheet prior to your approval.
- Designs with 15+ letters will incur a surcharge. If your design is 15+ letters, or if it is a hand-drawn picture instead of a letters or numbers, please select the 9+ letters option and we will contact you to provide custom pricing.
Our Process
- You can upload your handwriting image directly on the product page by clicking the button that says "Upload your handwriting image here!" prior to purchase, or you can respond to our email from customersupport@writteningold.com with a picture of the handwriting you would like to use for your piece.
- We will quickly review it and convert your design into a CAD image of your piece for your approval.
- Upon your approval, we will create your unique handwritten jewelry and will ship it to you within 30 days!
Shipping + Returns
Shipping & Tracking
- Your piece will be shipped to you within 30 days of your CAD approval. If your order is delayed beyond this timeframe, we will contact you with an explanation.
- We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders. Expedited and international shipping options are available and can be added at checkout.
- You will receive an email including tracking information as soon as your shipment is placed.
- For specific shipping instructions or other special considerations, please contact customersupport@writteningold.com.
Cancellations & Changes
- You may cancel or change your order up to 24 hours after it is placed. To cancel or change your order, please contact us at customersupport@writteningold.com and let us know the reason for your cancellation or change.
- Cancellations will be returned to the method of payment used to place your order.
- We reserve the right to refuse any submission containing inappropriate content.
Refunds & Repairs
- Given the custom nature of each piece, we cannot offer refunds once you have approved your CAD image, however we will repair any defects unrelated to approved customization options such as material, size, color or CAD design.
- Requests for repairs must be made to customersupport@writteningold.com within 14 days of receipt of your piece and must be returned in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt of your repair authorization.
Care
Cleaning Instructions
- Remove jewelry before applying makeup, hairspray, lotions, or perfume to avoid dullness.
- Soak jewelry in a bowl of warm water with a few drops of mild dish soap for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Use a soft-bristled toothbrush to gently clean the diamonds and the setting.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean, warm water and pat dry with a soft, lint-free cloth.
- Keep jewelry away from chlorine bleach, ammonia, and abrasive household cleaners.
- Don't use abrasive sponges or brushes.
- Avoid hot water and steam cleaners for most jewelry, as they can damage stones and settings.
