Because each piece is custom-made, we're unable to offer refunds after design approval. However, we stand behind our craftsmanship and will repair any material or craftsmanship defects for a full year from your delivery date.

To preserve its brilliance over time, remove your piece before applying makeup, hairspray, lotions, or perfume to avoid dullness.
Soak your piece in a bowl of warm water with a few drops of mild dish soap for 20 to 30 minutes.
Use a soft-bristled toothbrush to gently clean the diamonds and the setting.
Rinse thoroughly with clean, warm water and pat dry with a soft, lint-free cloth.
Keep your piece away from chlorine bleach, ammonia, and abrasive household cleaners.
Avoid abrasive sponges or brushes.
Avoid hot water and steam cleaners for most jewelry, as they can damage stones and settings.
